Pride in Teesdale

Pride in Teesdale is a short film created for Northern Heartlands that explores what it means to bring Pride to a rural community. Set in the often isolated landscapes of Teesdale, the film follows a young people and residents as they experience LGBTQ+ Pride events, some for the first time. Through celebrations, powerful conversations, and moments of reflection, Pride in Teesdale highlights the importance of visibility and inclusion in places where access to queer spaces is limited.
